Volunteer

We rely on our volunteers to help us carry out the important
work we do in bringing communities together. From the
friendly faces that greet you at reception, to our enthusiastic
tour guides and creative art workshop assistants - we have a
role at IMA to suit everyone, irrespective of cultural or
religious background.

By volunteering at the IMA, you will have the opportunity to:

• Gain work experience in a state-of-the-art museum
• Make new friends
• Foster a stronger and deeper understanding of Islam
• Participate in professional development workshops hosted
  by esteemed speakers
• Apply for the IMA Patron's Fund or Australian Muslim
  Academic Scholarship Program (upon meeting criteria)
