The function room can accommodate up to 50 guests and comes complete with an audio-visual display system, whiteboard, lectern, tables and chairs, with flexible room setup options. The dimensions of the room are just above 10m x 9m, excluding the entrance. The projection area is 3.3m (width) x 1.8m (height).
The theatrette overlooks the beautiful IMA billabong and can accommodate up to 40 guests. Featuring complete audio-visual set up, whiteboard and lectern, this space is perfect for presentations and lectures.
Our two workshop rooms can accommodate up to 15 people and are perfect for meetings, craft workshops, or silent reflection sessions. Workshop rooms come equipped with a sink and storage area for materials. Workshop room A (downstairs) features an audiovisual system.
Our board room overlooks our peaceful billabong and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It is equipped with a digital projector, HDMI cables and speakers, as well as a desk, chairs, sink and bench.
Our studio space is fully equipped with equipment for podcasting, audio and video recording. It includes 2 microphones, 2 sets of headphones, a computer, and a podcast production console. A short orientation on using the equipment can be provided upon request.
1. Prices are for room and A/V use only. If you require video conferencing and live-streaming, this will incur an additional fee($200 4 hr block and additional $50 per hour thereafter).
2. All catering is from our onsite cafe, no outside food/catering is permitted (cafe@islamicmuseum.org)
3. If you would like your guests to have access to the galleries, a reduced fee of $10 per person applies (tour guides can be organised for groups of 25+)
4. For security reasons, front and rear access doors remain locked at all times. It is the responsibility of the hirer to staff the front and rear doors, to provide entry and direct guests to the venue space.
5. If you require printing, this will incur a fee of $0.50 per sheet.
6. Alcohol cannot be consumed onsite.
