Discover the beauty of Batik, a centuries-old tradition of painting on fabric. In this hands-on workshop, children will bring pre-designed Batik canvases to life with vibrant colours, learning how this artform celebrates culture, creativity, and storytelling. With step-by-step guidance, participants will explore the significance of Batik designs and the unique wax-resist technique that makes them so special. No experience is needed — just pick up a brush, relax, and enjoy experimenting with colour and pattern. All materials are provided, and every child will take home their own Batik masterpiece to treasure.
