Art Therapy (teens session)

Event Status : Closed

Engage in the transformative practice of art therapy, a powerful form of expressive therapy utilising diverse art materials like paints, clay, collage, and drawing.

Facilitator : Noha Aly

Age suitability : 14 -17 years

Art therapy is a form of expressive therapy that uses art materials, such as paints, clay, collage, and drawing, to explore and communicate emotions, thoughts, and experiences. Art therapy can help people cope with stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Art therapy can also foster creativity, self-esteem, and personal growth.

You will be guided through this workshop by Noha Aly, a qualified art therapist, who has been involved in community outreach and healing. Use this opportunity to clear your mind and reset your intentions before the Holy Month of Ramadan. You do not need any prior artistic skills or experience, just come with an open mind and willingness to express yourself.
