Muhammad Saifullah
Head of Performance | Health & Wellbeing Coach
Muhammad Saifullah is a health and performance coach with experience working alongside elite athletes, corporate executives, and communities across the United States and Australia.
His professional journey has included working with members of the San Francisco 49ers organisation, the Oakland Athletics, and leaders from global organisations such as Google and Pfizer. He currently serves as Head of Performance at Vive Wellness Club in Melbourne, where he leads an integrated approach to health, performance, and wellbeing.
With a background in Exercise Science from the University of Kentucky, Muhammad’s approach extends beyond conventional strength and conditioning. His philosophy recognises that true health requires nurturing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of the human being.
Drawing inspiration from his Islamic faith, Muhammad views the body as an amanah (trust) from Allah and believes that caring for one’s health is both a personal responsibility and an act of gratitude. His work emphasises intentional movement, emotional regulation, resilience, and the cultivation of habits that allow individuals to show up fully for their families, communities, and commitments.
Through his coaching, Muhammad seeks to redefine what it means to be strong, encouraging men to recognise that true strength is not measured solely by physical capability, but also by self-discipline, emotional awareness, spiritual grounding, and the ability to serve others.
His mission is simple: to help people prepare themselves to show up in the moments that matter most.
