Celebrate Seniors Month with a special, creative day out at the Islamic Museum of Australia!

• Guided Museum Tour: Explore our vibrant galleries with an expert guide. You will discover the rich history of Islamic art and culture, and learn about the incredible contributions of Muslims in Australia.
• Terracotta Plate Painting: After the tour, unleash your creativity in our light-filled Green Workshop Room. Guided by facilitators Abier and Jacquie, you will paint your own terracotta plate, drawing inspiration from the beautiful geometric patterns and designs seen throughout the museum.
• Socialise & Connect: Meet like-minded peers in a warm, welcoming, and relaxed environment. It is the perfect opportunity to learn something new, share a chat, and take home your own custom piece of art.
